Why the Sunflower ?
Across history and cultures, sunflowers have been a poignant symbol of resilience and hope.
If we look closely, we can see that each sunflower head is made up of many smaller flowers. In the same way, each person is uniquely complex. It is my belief that healing is often found in connection with others and offering compassion to the many parts of ourselves.
At Sunflower Support, my mission is to empower individuals to explore their stories through providing a non-judgemental and safe space as they grow in resilience and hope.
