Sunflower support aims to develop counselling practitioners that are ethical, intersectional, culturally competent and anti-oppressive in their practice. The clinical supervision space is used by supervisees to reflect on all aspects of their clinical work, where they receive formal and informal feedback on that work. Supervisees can be confident that their own well-being and the welfare of their clients are central to every aspect of work together.
Clinical Supervision Framework
The clinical supervision would be in reference to the Seven-Eyed model of supervision. (Hawkins and Shohet, 1989).
